He's probably moved on with his life by now but it's a nice gesture. I don't remember him being vile or hateful in any toxic way so don't see a problem. I think only members who willingly and presistantly spread hate should be kept out.

For the most part, he was just a regular member. He liked anime and posted a lot, so I'm sure MB was quite important to him. He was one of a few active participants in my prog & fusion album club, which I'm thankful for.

As a mod, he was obviously a bit of a loose cannon, but the people he banned were unbanned quickly. I could be wrong, but I don't think he did any lasting damage.

Perhaps I was being over-cautious then. It's not like, if he were to return, he could run amok without the mods noticing.

Boo Boo apart, this is one of those difficult moral issues that is regularly debated in every parole board across the land. Haha! I would certainly support the mods compiling a data base of our parents' phone numbers. That way they could call the mums of anyone acting up on the boards.
