Uhg. Chuck P has been getting on my nerves lately. All he writes is shock fiction (though I will admit, he researches the hell out of everything before he even starts a book) and after reading a majority of his novels, it gets old. I'm in a rush, so I'll come back to this later.

you got to read his book non-fiction ... it's like a journal but not entirely, on his researches before writing any of his books ...

i thought his books are a bit surreal ... but he lived every situation he writes about. [for research of course]

I read the book before seeing the movie ... i got a bit disappointed watching the DVD.

I really am enjoying it. I liked the film mainly because of Jack Black's appearence but the book is really quite good..made my top five books of this summer list .

I believe it.

Dunno if we're ever gonna get around to reading this for the MB book club, but I was out today and picked it up anyways. I look forward to reading it with or without other forumers.

Anyways I picked up this while I was up in Canada because I can't find it at the library here:

Apparently you end up reading half of this out loud just to see the reactions to some of the statistics in the book. On another note, the author Mary Roach is quite bonkable, see for yourself...
