Have only just started reading it but so far it's really good... the initial concept of it is so interesting and ****ed up that I had to read it. Plus I was always a huge fan of Orwell's 1984 and this book seems to be traveling down the same road...

I've read this, partly because I thought the premise seemed really cool as well. It's a pretty interesting book that's easy to race through, and I'm kind of interested to see what you think. I liked most of it, but the ending kind of annoyed me for some reason. hm

That book essentially got me into reading.

I first read that book at bedtime as a young child.
Wonderful book that transported me to another world and all from my bed.

Hrm, I'l have to let you know what I think of it when I'm finished! You didn't like the ending? It is part of a trilogy so have you read the sequel, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire? The third and final installment is set to come out later this year, I think. Anyway I've still hardly gotten into this book because I've been busy with work so I better start reading!
