Slaughterhouse-Five is the worst Vonnegut I've read
The Great Gatsby is reading really nicely though, his descriptive language is beautiful |

edit: here's the list, according to him: * Player Piano: B * The Sirens of Titan: A * Mother Night: A * Cat's Cradle: A-plus * God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater: A * Slaughterhouse-Five: A-plus * Welcome to the Monkey House: B-minus * Happy Birthday, Wanda June: D * Breakfast of Champions: C * Slapstick: D * Jailbird: A * Palm Sunday: C Interesting. Especially because it was in Palm Sunday. |
Bluebeard doesn't get a ****ing mention?! My fave. I couldn't get trhough Player Piano.

I think we talked about that. Bluebeard was really good though. It should definitely be on that list. |
Something about it bothered me. Maybe because it wasn't split all up
I'll have to read it after I finish the other four books i'm reading |
I read this quite recently and it was really really really good:

Apart from Breakfast of champions, which I'd grade an A-, I tend to agree with his self-appraisal. |
Mother Night is probably my favourite Vonnegut.
Right now I'm digging into http://42scifi-fantasy.com/wp-conten...ptonomicon.jpg Which is a really engaging, historical novel/cyber thriller that focuses on cryptology and code breaking. |
