Classic. One of King's more "out there" stories. They made a TV mini-series out of it that was pretty bad but at least featured Traci Lords.

And what a mini-series it was. Death by coke machine was hilarious. :laughing:

So hilarious he had to use it again in Maximum Overdrive.

Picked up wonderful writings on 21st century cultural studies and software technology this afternoon.

Below is a magnificent hardcover from MIT Press on the viability of Free Software Foundation, Libre, and Open Source software. I can't wait to read it.

I just finished The Road by Cormac McCarthy and was sufficiently bored throughout. I suggest it highly if you are a fan of self harm. Very beautiful imagery, though... just not much in the way of... things happening. Not a lot of things happened in that book.

I have a book about the history of Ska, Dancehall, and Reggae on hold at the library that I'm looking forward to.
