It's every bit as bad as you've heard it is, if not worse, and I say this as someone who actually really liked Die Hard 4. Something's very wrong with your movie if the only good thing about it is that it's mercifully short.

I think it's Live Free Die Hard.

Ah. Not the best Die Hard movie, but still fun. Now the last one, A Good Day to Die Hard, was monstrously awful. I actually closed my eyes a few times cause I got sleepy and didn't even care enough to try to stay awake. I was counting the seconds until that boring piece of **** was over.

Live Free or Die Hard was great. Huge fan of Timothy Olyphant.

In order here's how I rank em.

I
IV
III
II
V

Actually, it may be that one. I got my titles mixed up. If I were to venture a guess, it'd be the most recent one he's talking about.

Yeah, that's the one. Live Free was awesome. Great action, great villain, Bruce Willis and Justin Long play off each other really well too. If I had to rank the whole franchise myself;

I > II > IV > III >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>> V

...to put it nicely. And it sucks, cos I was really looking forward to A Good Day. Would be one of the most disappointing movies I've seen if literally every review of it I'd seen didn't tell me it was going to be as rubbish as it was.

Drug War (2012)
A movie about, you guessed it, a drug war between police and smugglers in China. It was made by Johnnie To—the guy responsible for the excellent Election movies—and though I didn't think it was quite up to the level of those two, it still was pretty great. There was tension by the boatload, a fair amount of surprises and some character motivations that kept me guessing until the end.
