Operation Northwoods is a bad example since it was never carried out and had major opposition from many of those who were asked to be involved, but ja conspiracies can definitely be true.

Also can't forget giving black men syphilis for "science".

well, yeah it didn't happen but it just makes you think of how many events that happened around the world that might have actually been blamed on the wrong people? and how much we don't actually know. its so creepy.

I don't really see it as a comedy first. I think I laughed out loud once or so. It's more that I find it to be interesting, sometimes in a way that highlights the humour in a situation. If that makes sense to anyone but me.
