right, maybe 139th time is the charm. seriously dude i've seen it so many times i could probably read the entire dialogue off the top of my head. it's just not cute or funny or even enjoyable. at best it's a tolerable christmas film that i would only choose over made for tv christmas films.

Probably just got overplayed for you, the way every single seasonal movie does. I honestly wouldn't watch Elf, Christmas Story, Home Alone, Santa Clause, or any of those ****ing claymation bull****s unless I was saving myself from something really boring, like baseball, but I can still recognize and appreciate what makes all of them classics.

not even the nightmare before christmas? don't start another argument here buddy because that movie is ****ing wonderful.

I think that the broadway style and voices are obnoxious as hell. The Halloween part of the film does have better music, but I still find it grating.
