What's The Latest Film You Have Seen?

Got through Antman today. Surprisingly good. Does the movie very good favors that I've watched it the day after I watched Dr. Strange. Antman is a really visually creative movie that manages all the thrilling spectacle that fell flat on its face in that movie.
The good guys are more relatable, the bad guy is less of a cipher than Mads Mikkelsen's completely forgettable "dude with silly facepaint" villain.
Much less contrived plot and even jokes that landed more than not.

I wouldn't say it's a 10/10 or anything, but it's one of the best Marvel movies to date for sure.

I borrowed 3 super hero movies from my sister this weekend, so I've got one left to watch. Justice League is next... kinda trying to expect as little as possible.

I haven't gone to the movies in months so I'm embarrassed that I forgot Justice League even came out. Ant-Man didn't leave that big an impression on me though. I didn't even finish it tbh. It wasn't bad, I just was too lazy to start it back up again. Paul Rudd is always super likeable but the movie felt like a Paul Rudd vehicle with a superhero connection.

I go to movies alone all the time. Most of the time, actually. Shows too.

I've gone to the movies alone a few times but overall I try to avoid that and at least go with my sister if my friends don't have money. It's embarrassing to go alone.

You're sitting in the dark not talking anyway, it doesn't really make much difference if you're with someone or not.

I don’t go to the movies anymore because there’s no art house near me and the movies they show all either suck or would be just the same as watching tv except I can’t pause and rewind and slow-mo and ****.

The last movie I went to was Life of Pi. IMAX 3D is cool but they butchered a great book.

Like if it’s $12 or whatever shouldn’t it have the brutality of like the exorcist or hostel and all the huge 3D **** so it’s not just a replica of what I get at home?

But whatever movies are making billions now so what do I know

I know people have **** taste and all this superhero **** sucks a ding dong

Even though I’ve just been sitting around it’s still such a waste of time

So ****ing boring - like watching 3 hours of commercials
