Watched this again, not as brilliant as people like to make out but it's a good solid movie with some great performances, always a joy to watch.

I stand by my statement that Nicholas Cage plays the best pair of twins ever filmed in that movie. Brilliant.

^ It was alright I suppose. I didn't really find Stockard Channing or Donald Sutherland's lead characters very interesting, but the story was otherwise well thought-out with enough dramatic elements in it to make it work. Decent enough in other words.

^ I did enjoy this one a lot more though. Great little mockumentary about the eponymous Australian plumber. Really good character that it all revolves around - quite interesting how he manages to keep up his sense of common decency and putting others before him in the face of having such a raw deal in life.

I didn't think it was brilliant until i've seen how Charlie Kaufman really looks like, and his twin to be the first fictional character to win an oscar ... now that's brilliant !

Hearts in Atlantis

The first time I saw it the ending completely destroyed me I have no idea why.

Thankfully, this time it didn't have the same effect.

i had watched two movies by Isabel Coixet, but they were too drama-queen material ... but in this one, the dialogue was really good.

and the actress Sarah Polley is incredible ...
This is one of my favorite movies of all time. I thought Sarah Polley did a great job acting it too.
