The american The Office I think it's great ..

Me and my girlfriend have seen all the episodes and basically feel like we know all the characters pretty well by now. Looking forward to the next season!

Who? Michael Scott played by Steve Carell? I think it's his best role that I've seen so far.

Oh well, different strokes for different folks I guess.

Thought I'd split my favourites up into different categories to make it easier for myself. So yeah, it seems HBO make good television, with all five of my drama choices being HBO productions.

Drama series

Deadwood
Rome
The Wire
Oz
The Sopranos

Comedy series

Seinfeld
The Office (UK)
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Blackadder
Peep Show

Documentary series

The World At War
Blue Planet
Coast
Ascent of Man
The Life Series (Attenborough)

I completely agree. For me he is the funniest character on that show, simply how he manages to make any and every situation awkward and always manages to deliver hilariously inappropriate lines at the wrong time.
