I don't like that Star Wars comes up on AFI's 100 Top Films list. It bothers me. Just like George Lucas in general.

I'm a big Star Wars fan. But I consider Lucas more of a media mogel and filmmaking just happens to be one of the things he does every now and then.
I think he's a good director, the first Star Wars and American Grafitti are surefire classicss, but I do agree that he's pretty overrated. He's only directed 6 films, and yeah, those last 3 films was the second Star Wars trilogy, and yeah, not everyone is a fan of those.
