I heard that good.

And no I haven't played it but it intrigues me.

Man, I fell off with Etrian Odyssey 5 just cause I was trying to play around with all these different party members to mix up my core party until I landed on a party I wanted to make my 4lyfe party but ended up deciding that my first party was the one I'd wanted the whole time but to get that party back I have to do a bunch of grinding to get this one guy up to the same level as the others and, man, that was a pain.

But with Etrian Odyssey Nexus I didn't make that same mistake and am going hard with the same party all the way through and Etrian Odyssey is simply the most pure, satisfying, and perfect form of JRPG. There's nothing outside of the dungeons to take up more time than necessary so the pace of the kill/loot/sell/buy/kill cycle is at least as perfect as any ARPG like Diablo. And the party building mechanics are easy to grasp but super satisfying to get into and every single level makes you feel like you've just reached the next ****ing level of gameplay cause the monsters surely won't be able to handle you now.

Played about 5 hours of Minecraft Dungeons last night and it is very good. It hits that spot that Diablo and Path of Exile managed to hit when I played those. Get any assumption you have about this game and throw it out the window. Yes, it's Minecraft. But this game is very much it's own thing. And you feel that when you play it. I honestly cannot wait to get home after work and spend more time on it.

Otherwise, I've been taking advantage of the PS4 sales going on and I've picked up several Assassins Creed games. Currently playing through Syndicate and loving it. Picked up both Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2. Both stellar games.

I also recently completed my very first run on Dead Cells. I've been playing this game for so long and to finally beat a whole run felt really satisfying. Truly an unbelievable roguelike.

Ive been thinking about picking up MC Dungeons.

and hell yeah to Dead Cells. Keep going! I got to BC2 and got bored of grinding the forge (it just felt wrong to me playing customs for easier cells), but its still a game i can always pick up and **** around for a few runs.

I've still been goofing off on SR2. I've been creating a dope ass texture pack I should show off. It's taken a lot of time to do because A) knowing which colors do what for shirt logos can be a pain and B) the face make ups are a pain in the ass to configure. Then I have to check to make sure the textures are working fine and gather which textures I want to change which is arduous because texture gathering makes an already unstable game even more unstable during the process so it crashes pretty quickly kind of like it used to before I got the resolution right. Still works as good as normal when I'm just replacing textures though.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

I think you'll appreciate what MC Dungeons does in terms of being a dungeon crawler. I'm playing with my brother right now so the multiplayer is also great. Not flawless, but great.

And yeah man, Dead Cells is my go to for something i just wanna do a few runs on. I played it nonstop when I first got it but now it's sort of just that game i go to. Which is nice as well.

Animal Crossing New Horizons, of course. My island is currently garbage because I always get distracted when terraforming or redoing paths/relocating flowers, and so everything just looks looks messy.

Spent all day playing Fallout 4 and absolutely loved it. It's not the best Fallout game but it does enough things right to where I feel I can go back to it from time to time, and really enjoy it. And I am.
