Just rented:

Stupid ps3 has to do a software download before I can play it, says it's gonna be 70 minutes, hopefully it's worth it.
EDIT: It's very fun, but gets hard quickly.

You would be wrong. The Dreamcast and GBA ones are very good also. I haven't played the DS ones but I've heard good about them. And of course Sonic CD (well that was sort of a Genesis game) which is as good as the Genesis games if not better.

Only Sonic 1 was ported to Game Boy Advance and it was a notoriously awful port.

I have a confession to make. I played some Modern Warfare 2 online yesterday and despite sucking horribly at it I enjoyed it immensely.
