Right now imho BF3 is the best fps shooter out there. BO2 is supposedly the ultimate "cod" experience so if you don't mind indestructible furniture and idiots camping behind a refrigerator for the whole game, go for BO2 :P
Plus BF3 is what, 10$ right now ?

oh man, I've heard such good things about this game and I want to get it.

I just started up Fallout New Vegas again because I never finished it and lost my data on my old ps3 that YLOD on me.

I like nice graphics, but when you play a GAME, the most important part should be the GAMEPLAY. If I just wanted nice graphics I'll watch some CGI movie or TV show. And even if it is one of the first things you look at, the gameplay should be the main deciding factor for whether or not it's a good GAME.

oh, and your point about the graphics deterring people from playing it....

This game is great. Aesthetically very much like half life, mechanically like bioshock 2. A lot of fun, a lot of care has been taken. Love how the stealth mechanics don't revolve around superficial meters or warning levels yadda yadda, gameplay is organic. Only thing negative to say is there are some unflattering textures here and there.

yeah I'd imagine they have to do a sequel. Only question is will it come out this gen or next?

Wall Street Journal is saying the next playstation is coming out this year, and will be announced feb 20 :D

yeah, im hoping sony has learned from the past two excursions that they should price their stuff more competitively

It's pretty basic but I'm addicted to FreeCell at the moment! :D
