Gonna be trying to get a PS4 as soon as possible so I can catch up on games that I've been wanting for awhile including Alien Isolation, Destiny, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, and the recent survival horror game, The Evil Within. Meanwhile, I'm playing the Sly Cooper series and I'm currently on the first game.

I know right, my friends kept talking all about some of the amazing things this game has and I became really jealous as soon as I knew that they all had copies of Destiny. I think that's going to be my first thing on my list to get once I get a PS4 soon.

I've heard its available on 360, haven't clarified yet though. My modern console of choice. I tend to flip loyalties with every new generation though so a ps4 will be in my future at some point.

Put it this way... My brother isn't a big gamer, and he is obsessed with Destiny now with his Xbox one.

It's overrated and didn't live up to the hype. But yeah, it's fun to kill some time.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor

It's kind of like some weird hybrid of the Batman: Arkham games and Assassin's Creed. Combat is pretty much like what you find in a recent Batman game, while the stealth is what Assassin's Creed would be like if it was done competently. Despite being easy to counter attacks, the game is quite well balanced and it doesn't turn into the murderfest that latter AC games devolve into, taking all semblance of skill out of the equation. Unfortunately I've been playing a lot of AC lately so I've been having some trouble getting use to Shadow of Mordor, but a few more hours and I should be killing orcs left and right.

^I've seen game play of that and it looks fantastic.

I can't wait till I get deeper in and get the ability to brainwash orcs so I can send little sleeper agents into Sauron's army.
