Recently beat The Last of Us Part 2 and ****ing loved it so I'm playing some more Naughty Dog games by finally playing the Uncharted series from the beginning.

Uncharted 1 so far is fine enough but pretty dated. Everything it does has been done far better in other games by now and the mechanics are kind of clunky. It's pretty charming anyway though and it's a short game so I'm ready to start 2 and see what all the hype is about.

Spoiler for spoilers:
I do not appreciate this late game zombie mutant thing reveal though. While it is far less scary than an actual horror game, I am a giant pussy who barely could get through some of The Last of Us 2 and straight up fear quit the first Last of Us among many other far scarier games. Leave me alone with the ****ing zombies, you bastards!

Uncharted games are a lot of fun. They're like playing through an interactive action movie. Uncharted 2 is my favorite, but 4 is really really close in terms of quality.

Yeah 2 blows the first one out of the water. Been thinking about replaying it myself actually

Good to hear TLOU2 is great, bc I haven't finished it and all of the "dissapointing sequel" talk has been discouraging me from picking it up again

Nah some people think it's disappointing cause they're gormless barbarians. The story doesn't have the simplicity of the first but it more than delivers with its greater complexity and the gameplay is just superior. You owe it to yourself to finish it.

And there's no good place to put this but I ****ing love zombie apocalypse Seattle! There's just something about all the rubble and greenery and rain that feels so Pacific Northwest that it's as gorgeous and inviting as it is creepy and threatening. One of the all-time great video game settings.

You'll probably want to completely forget about it after you finally play it too.
