Did you catch this Pete?
Yeah I caught that, however I was tangentially aware of who John Munch was from that X-Files episode where he interrogates the Lone Gunmen. So by extension, The Wire and The X-Files take place in the same universe. I can just imagine SA Fitzhugh sitting with McNulty apologetically saying that they can't help to take down a drug kingpin because bureau money is caught up with these to agents who hunt down UFOs.

The rehash eps, the occulus rift eps, the kickstarter eps, the freemium eps, they were all funny and clever on their own and they somehow tied them all together in a way ive never seen them do before.

That's the last tv show i recall seeing but other than that ive been watching alot Getting Doug with high on youtube.
Ja I thought that the most recent season was pretty great as well. Though I gotta say, The Boondocks is the king of satirical cartoons.

I prefer SP over it but i luv the Boondocks as well.

I kinda wish they made a new song for every new season intro, the original song is good but i think they should've picked another song that carried the same empowering message.

The best thing ever for me right now is Money & Violence

Anybody who loves all of those hood gangster movies/tv: I dare you to watch a few episodes and not be hooked.

Ah man, Better Call Saul is great. That negotiation scene was fucking hysterical. That is until the terms were carried out.

Ya, that was nuts. Like I said, I'll never be able to crack a bread stick ever again.

Watched the first 4 episodes of Dexter last night. First two were a bit shaky but then things started settling in. I'm 100% hooked and fully invested with all of the characters now. Thanks for the recommendations!

Dexter and Deb's relationship is one of my favorites in TV history. I love that there's a distance between them that Deb isn't entirely aware of, and yet there's legitimate "love" between them. Great chemistry.

My son and I were talking about this last night. Dexter keeps thinking out loud about his inability to love or have emotions (he is a psycopath after all) and yet it's totally clear by the third episode how much in love he is with Rita and her two kids. And ya, he adores his kid sister.

Complex stuff for sure. Can't wait to see how it further unfolds.
