It has nothing to do with The Rolling Stones. Sure it was thought up in the head of Mick Jagger. Its also done by Martin Scorcese. Its about the burdgeoning NY music scene in the 70's. Its really very good, and I think anyone who likes the late 70's NY scene would really appreciate it.

For the record I've watch the entire BB series 3 times. Once by myself. Then again with my wife. Then again by myself to catch all of the little things I missed while marveling at the up front story arc.

First season, too much like the ****ty comic, but still cool, second season, pretty awesome, third season, unfocused ****.

But it's got Keith David so it's all still worth your time.

God the 4th season is so uneven and actually really boring a lot of the time. I'm finding myself fast forwarding through some of the crap scenes. It's like watching Days of our Lives!

I feel like the last two seasons are pretty great. Keep trucking through the series. You will find seasons that are much stronger.
