So the pilot knocked it out of the park and was never ever to really live up to it but I still enjoyed the series for what it was. I haven't watched the second season episodes yet so I don't know which way they are taking it.

I have watched so many King of the Hill episodes from falling asleep watching Adult Swim and waking up at some random time when they were on and I just really can't stand that show. Futurama on the other hand is all love.

I thought it was pretty good actually. Just a good old campy horror show. And I always liked Bruce Campbell. He is just silly..the whole show is just silly like the original films..a nice relaxing show. The season premire for S2 is already out and it started off pretty well.

Westworld. Wow. Hope this continues to be just as good as the premier. Alot of room for fun twists.

Westworld.
Oh wow. Seriously. I could praise it and praise it, but that's nothing new. What got me here is this .. feeling of dread. Creeping along, waiting for something. I don't know, can't really explain it.
Apart from that, great acting, amazing cinematography all around, the music (pianola "black hole sun" blew me away, "paint it black" was great too)..
This is what you'd get if Philip K. Dick would get Deadwood and Bladerunner to **** and then raised their child with all the love a paranoid, stoned mind can give. I love it.

I'm about 4 episodes in and I think it's great. I know it's not going to get as much love as Daredevil or Jessica Jones, but they have tried to make each series unique and I really respect that. Luke Cage is like a contemporary blaxploitation film. Plenty of R&B, a lone vigilante, over the top baddies...if you like any of 70s blaxploitation films, you'll like Luke Cage.

Is the fact that it's kind of like a blaxploitation film the reason I don't like it? I've never seen one. Cause I did enjoy the other shows a lot. But I'm not getting into Luke Cage as much. I don't know.

It might be...it's a pretty clear homage to the genre. Just go pick up a Shaft movie and you'll get where they are coming from.

The last TV series that I was glued to was Versailles on BBC2 a few months back. Great series, although I thought the ending was ****.

I'm watching the first season of Mr. Robot and it's pretty great. It was intriguing from the start but it got really gripping at episode three.
