Started watching Train, Korean cop/science fiction/time travel/dimensional/alternate reality/whatever you're having yourself adventure. Looks good so far. It's a about a train.

I thoroughly enjoyed season 1 of Harley Quinn but now having powered through to most of season 3 I'm kind of amazed that while it's full of silly nonsense that it also continually manages to build on its silly premise and tone to be full of heart and also deliver dramatically in a way that makes me care what happens.

The feature-length finale of Detectorists aired over Christmas, so my wife and I watched the three series from the start (as she had never seen it) and then finally sat down to watch the finale last night. It really is one of the most wholesome and beautiful sitcoms of recent years.

I binged like the first seven episodes(season 1) of this over the weekend and looking forward to heading into season 2

Yeah I loved this series so much. It's weird when I hear that some people didn't like it. It harks back to Rogue One and is a good watch for someone that claims they aren't a SW fan.

Two things on Netflix I rewatched since reactivating:

A 10 minute adaptation of a JG Ballard short story The Drowned Giant. It's part of a huge sci fi anthology series I have no intention of watching and which I heard bad things about (Love, Death + Robots, it's the last episode in Volume II). But these 10 minutes are perfect in every way

The Didion documentary. I love Didion

Personally, I've recently delved into "Lucifer" and I'm hooked. What enhances my viewing experience is the fact that I've just set up my Firestick https://www.firestickhow.com/best-vpn-firestick.html. It's like having a portal to endless entertainment options, making it easy to explore and enjoy various series and movies.

I started watching the Steve Coogan Jimmy Savile show but wasn't in the mood for it. Seems too serious tbh.
