IGN has a few good things about it, some decent lists, they're also a good site for previews on newer games, as well as cheats and stuff.

Gamespot however is completely useless. They're insanely biased and their scores have less to do with a game's quallity than how much they're getting paid to write up the review.

It's professional reviews suck ass, it's user reviews suck ass, it's forum is awful. Nope, nothing good about it at all.

I never been there and if it's anything like Yahoo answers I intend to keep it that way.

It's all casual blog posts just trying to attract looky-loos, just like Yahoo Music. Theres absolutely no in-depth anything on that website.

That has to be a joke, there's far worse out that is actually meant to be serious.

Like videos that have dramatic music to imply that the video maker is uncovering some serious, dark conspiracy.

I don't know, I've met people who's response when I asked them why they didn't like a game was 'It's not Halo'. Not that theres anything wrong with loving Halo, just please don't tell me you bought your Xbox just for that.
