This. Not that I mind Obi-Wan, I just feel it should be unknown as an homage to Kurt. The guy wanted to stay an underground rock star, so staying true to that it should be an unknown underground actor.

I watched it before the hype, I watched it with an impartial view.. and I watched it and was like shite but not too bad. Then a day after I thought about it and was like not too bad? That was a horrible film.

And then when I found out what happened in the second film about the love triangle and what not. I just thought oh dear.

Horrible film IMO, I do think you're right about people jumping on the bandwagon though. I have friends who've never seen it and call it Twishite..

Efron and Pattinson are both brunette, they'd have brunette beards. Dying their hair etc. Plus they're both just teen heart throbs. No one would take the movie seriously with either of them portraying the main character. Just like you not taking the Dali movie seriously.. it'd be seen as a joke.

What's the point in going through that? Just get Gosling who looks like Kurt and is a serious actor. Or get an underground blonde actor that can sing rock music.

Neither did Kurt. But Kurt had that growl. Then again it wasn't a growly song. I think his singing would be passable if he grew some balls..

Another point, if this is about Kurt's life.. in the same vein as Control, who's gonna play Krist and Grohl? Surely they'd need to give their permission for this? I thought Grohl and Courtney didn't see eye to eye, would he really let her make money and let someone play him? I dunno whether she'd need permission or what but I'd assume so..
