He's just one of the saddest, hate filled, pathetic, and yet strangely sympathetic characters in cartoons. Also, I love how if there's an angry mob in Springfield he's always at the front.

3. Troy McClure

The king of one-liners.
"Hi! I'm actor Troy McClure. You may remember me from:
-such films as "'P' is for Psycho" and "The President's Neck is Missing
-such self-help videos as "Smoke Yourself Thin" and "Get Some Confidence, Stupid!
-such nature films as "Earwigs: Ewwww" and "Man vs. Nature: The Road to Victory
- You know what, just look at these movie titles and see The Simpsons at their best. Each one paints a hilarious picture of each film: List of Troy McClure Films - Wikisimpsons - Simpsons episodes, characters, games, the movie and more!

This list needs more Simpsons. I'll admit to being a Simpsons fanboy, but when they were in their prime, they were better than any of the other comedy cartoons on this list. It was just cleverer than any other cartoon. And I'll stick by that fervently.

So funny.
Also Karl Pilkington is a f*cking legend. He has the straightest delivery of anyone, and it's genuine too. Even during all of Ricky and Steven's tauntings, he doesn't laugh once during any of the podcasts.
