Default Training Day

Any Training Day fans in here? It's my favorite movie. Denzel is just a complete badass and Ethan Hawke is awesome too. Can't think of anything I don't like about the movie to be honest. Even Dre and Snoop are in it

Ton of quotables from this movie too.

Snoop is really good in it I think... Better than Dre. The writing and casting though is spot-on.

I've always been a huge Denzel fan. Man on Fire and American Gangster are awesome as well.

Shall I be an ass and say what I really think about the movie or be polite to a noob?

It was watchable but I haven't watched it since that's all I will say. Internal Affairs is better IMO.

why wouldn't you say what you think? You are just a guy on a forum. Why would I be mad?

Probably Denzel's best work... Same for Ethan Hawke. Denzel got an Oscar for it, absolutely deserving of it. Hawke was nominated but didn't win, not sure who won for best supporting actor that year.

Except Before Sunrise, Before Sunset and Waking Life is Ethan Hawke's best work.

I thought Training Day was quite entertaining, but quite mediocre overall.
