Welp, I had the spoiler revealed to me today. The big one. The one involving the Targaryens. The one I knew nothing about until some prick who'd read the wiki revealed it to me.

Expand on the spoiler? With the Targaryens? Not sure I know which one you speak of.

Spoiler for I don't friggin' know, just don't read if you haven't finished book 5:
Rhaegar's son (Aegon, is it? The Targaryen names are so difficult to remember) is alive and kicking. I haven't looked to see if it's true but I'm almost certain it is as it just makes too much sense to not be.

Ah yes. To be honest, it isn't that much of a spoiler. To reveal why it isn't, I would have to spoil something else for you. So don't worry about it. That was still a dickish move on his part though, I'd say read all the books before you hang with him again!

Has anyone noticed how Joffrey has started to become almost not completely hateable now that a wedge is being driven between him and his mother? Also that was all in all a great episode once again. I'm doubtful that they're going to be able to keep the quality going forever as they're beginning to run out of big events to base episodes on, but so far I'm loving this season even more than I did the past two.

Apparently it is only going to improve in quality, which sounds impossible. I read it from some outside reviewer. Also Joffrey is less hate-able, which is strange. I guess I only realised how much of a child he is when I saw how easy he was to manipulate, now I just feel sorry for him.

I've always felt kind of sorry for him. In the end he's a teenager in a position of authority that's waaay too much for him. Plus he was clearly brought up in a world where he knew nothing but praise from his sociopathic mother and most other people. Plus he was pretty much ignored by his official father and his actual father. Plus his mind isn't exactly all in one place thanks to his genetics.

Precisely, my feelings exactly. I mean he had a mother like Cersei. For all the spoils and gifts and treats he got as a child, nothing would compensate for the neglected childhood he had. Maybe the incest thing had a part in it as well. To be honest I feel the same about Viserys, even though he was a complete prick to Dany, I feel for him. Joffrey is only a child, at the end of the day. He succumbed to flattery far too easily, which shows that was the one thing he kind of needed, and Margaery is well aware of it.

So I just read the chapter of a certain prominent character's wedding. I saw it coming a mile away but still, wow.
