GTA 4 failed in a few areas, but this game is on another level.

Have you bought it?

I'm not a massive gamer anymore but I feel a bit of a twat cos it's out tomorrow and people have been getting their copies in the post early, and now the rave reviews... I do want to get The Last Of Us as well though.

Goofle 09-16-2013 03:19 PM

I'll probably go and buy it tomorrow if I have enough money in the bank. If not, Friday is pay day.

Fuck this shit. I'm going to Tesco later to buy this game. Just hope the one by my house stocks it as it's not a massive supermarket type of Tesco.

I've put a couple hours in. It's amazing.

I saw the opening 20 minutes on the internet though and it looked like it was based way more around the storyline which is what I like as I'm a MGS/FF fan.

Well yeah, cause it sacrificed the sandbox world with fifty million things to do for a storyline that gets old after one playthrough. From what I hear the new one seems to be the true spiritual successor to San Andreas. My pants are pre-soiled for when I finally play it.

What do you even mean by that? They all have storylines.

He means the gameplay and missions were repetitive and there was nothing fun to do when you beat the game. which he's right about

This is for you Amazon for delivering my game to the wrong address :finger:

There was multiplayer online and there is always fun things to do when you beat the game and especially the way that he plays. He doesn't care about the storyline so you'd think he would have came up with all these creative ways to kill people like most other people do.

He just didn't like the New York setting most likely.
