Default MB Video Game Classics: Tetris (NES)

We may as well get this one out of the way. True classic. Nothing more needs to be said tbh.

Haven't played this particular version, but Tetris is Tetris. I'm not good at this game, but I like it. Nothing like clearing 3-4 horizontal bars at one time!

Fun to play for two minutes and then you're done with Tetris. I'm sure it was amazing for its time but I have a hard time imagining why anybody would care now. It's a brilliant mini-game.

I don't know about that. Haven't played Tetris specifically for a while, but there are some games in the same vein that I have played a lot. Columns (was on Sega Genesis) and Cleopatra Fortune (arcade game by Taito) come to mind.

I like games like this. Simple, minimalist on the surface. Very deep underneath.

I'd say if anything, it definitely deserve at least some form of praise for being some of peoples very first gaming experience, even for a few minutes.

Yeah sure but how much do you play Tetris or care about playing Tetris?

That's how I vote differently than a lot of people do. If I didn't care about it, I'd vote it 3 or less.

I voted 5 because it's a challenging and interesting game and I feel like playing it right now.
