Default Sounds like jazz/rock, probably 90s

It's a gameplay video, but the song is not in this game's OST. It was added by the creator of the video either on the video itself or in the game files.
I think it sounds like jazz or rock, maybe even disco. It sounds like a game OST to me (from another game), so I think it might be 90s.
