Need help identifying this song

I think perhaps others might have better hearing in terms of the lyrics than I can and may find that easier to identify this song. I have tried googling parts of the lyrics I seem to understand with quotes but get no results. Perhaps people are more knowledgeable of songs that are not easily search-able (like maybe old cassettes records and such?) I would be soooo happy if at least I can get a step closer to cracking this case. I uploaded a video that is where I hear the song in.
