Are you serious? jayz is one of the best of all time. he livens every song he raps on. Kanye is like a peasant in his presence

What? You seem to be a troll of some sort and even if you aren't. I feel like calling you one so I will.

Jay -Z isn't at the top of his game every time. He decided to deliver a weak verse and it shouldn't have been on "Monster" period. He did come back with a better verse on "So Appalled" though.

I hate when people act like their favorite artist never does any wrong on any track. It irks me.

that's because their artist is perfect in their eyes and NEVER EVER screw up

I used to get irked by it but not anymore....I'm trying not to sweat the small stuff in life

He's a douche and not the best lyricist, but this album is rap/hip-hop at it's finest. It's amazing!

The only problem I have with Kanye is that he garnered sympathy for Taylor Swift and her derivative, boring, trite. And despite the outburst he has a point, the Beyonce video is better. I think he is one of the most interesting figures in modern music and thank god we have twitter to have a direct feed into his hilarious outbursts. Excellent album. Don't think it deserved the 10.0 from Pitchfork(I mean holy ****, 10.0?), but is definitely in the top 2 albums of the year.

I won't elaborate further because I plan on reviewing this in my Editor's Pick thread.
