Actually all you've given it is it being influential and important. When its also one of the most innovative albums of the 60s, a decade which also contains Revolver and The Velvet Underground & Nico. I still find it funny earlier you said Pet Sounds was crap and now you're saying this.

If an album isn't good, its not going to be hailed as one of the greatest albums ever. Simple logic.

Whats to disagree about it? Its not good, its bad. Sure its influential, innovative and important. But does that make it good? No I don't like it so its bad.
