That's a pretty ignorant statement especially coming from a Slipknot fan who share more in common with most pop gimmicks than they do with metal bands.

who cares about gimmicks?

its not about the gimmicks.

its about the music.

really music should be done with instruments not little techno sounds and beeps like pop

and before you say anything yes Slipknot does have a DJ
but they use guitars and real instruments so it doesn't matter.


pop just uses techno stuff.

and when they do use a guitar they completley murder it.

like you can't even hear the 2-3 chords they actually use because its drowned out by the singer.
