I know she's well esteemed in pop circles and such... but damn she doesn't interest me at all, especially musically. She did alright in Austin Powers 3 but she was definitely the lesser of three co stars that stood along Mike Myers as Austin sidekick / love interest

@Tumour yeah they did, beyonce usually has decent songs. But GaGa came out on top! With Telephone? I think. I just know it was gaga's that was good.

They're both okay (although "Video Phone">"Telephone", probably because it is/feels shorter), I just find it weird that they're both about phones, whether phonesex or clingy boyfriend's who don't know how to text.

It being shorter doesn't make it better.
It's more repetitive, it's slow and feels tedious.
Admittedly, there are some times when I'm in the mood to listen to the song.
But usually I'm just annoyed by it.
Beyonce has a good voice, and it doesn't show in that song.
None of her talent is really apparent in that song.
Anyone could have done it.
