Thats just ridiculous. But thats the way it is now, kids have all the rights and the teachers have very few. The kids know that too which, for some of them, is pretty much an excuse to get away with murder. Of course i'm not claiming that the kid you mentioned fits the bill, but the response to what happened pretty much proves my point if thats all it takes to be accused of something like that.

I'm only 24 so I had these rights when I was at school too and I would have hated to have been in school back when my parents were, with the rules back then but I wonder how some of the kids who use their rights to do whatever they want would fare if teachers were still allowed to cane the crap out of them for stepping out of line.

Anyway, back on topic. I read that one of Michael Jacksons sisters and other members of his family claim that his doctor (i think) killed him for his money. What money? I know his assets were supposedly worth twice the amount he was in debt but if that was my master plan, to do away with a celebrity to steal his money I wouldn't have picked Michael Jackson.
