Having a keyboard isn't a requirement to being progressive though, which is what I was saying. Proggy was saying the opposite.

I didn't mean that you flat-out can't have prog without keyboards, just that it's a hallmark of progressive rock.

Uh, thats not what you said when you said "Can't have prog without keyboards." I see nothing else there that even implies you thought otherwise and don't give me that joking crap because you tried to pass this off as criticism.

I never said it was a joke. I'm saying that I think it's pretty obvious that I don't think that you have to have keyboards to be progressive.
