Jethro Tull does it for me, even though I'm a mighty fan of VDGG.

It's tough for me, because I love all these bands.

But when I get down to it, it's gotta be either KC or Yes, I'm not sure who to vote for yet.

Beat is decent, but I'd say it's Crimsons worst after ConstruKction of Light. It also has Heartbeat, the worst KC song ever.

I think Starless is their second worse, but I know I'm in the minority there.

I went for class this time, Mahavishnu Orchestra. John McLaughlin has the capacity to sound like a genius or a crackpot, and too often he seems the latter, but The Inner Mounting Flame is simply glorious. Shame the last 25 years he's devoted himself to not much more than jerking off.

God I certainly hope so. That album is pure awesome.

Dunno how anyone can pick Pink Floyd, Yes or VDGG over KC honestly: their debut all the way though Discipline is damn near perfection on every front, though I'm sure there will be those who disagree....

Btw boo boo, why isn't Gryphon or Lucifer's Friend on this poll? (five and nine albums respectively, and Gryphon's Red Queen to Gryphon Three is a classic for Pete's sake). :D

I don't think Griffin is all that incredible.

You mean these guys?

If so, I completely agree. :)

Yes, KC, or Comus.

First Utterance is a great album.

The list was a vast improvement! It's a bit hard to choose, so I just went with what I'm liking the most these days .. and then it was down to one of the Canterbury bands.

I went with Caravan. If I get to vote again in a week or so, I'm guessing my vote will go to Camel.
