Yeah Mike Portney, John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess from Dream Theater and Tony Levin from verious bands (well he helped out with verious bands), there sorta strange prog, seems really quite up-its-self but still is ok

I love this band because, mostly John Petrucci, but also Mike Portnoy, Jordan Rudess, and Tony Levin did awesomely. The best part of this band was the jazz type feel, for example in the song Cappuccino. I wish this band would have done more music, or I also wish Dream Theater would have have maybe done a little jazz. (If you know of any Dream Theater / Jazz stuff please let me know) The beginning of "Scarred" from the "Awake" album kind of sounded jazzy, but only in the beginning.

Their songs never fail to amaze me in terms of their talent but I dunno, I can't really listen to them like I do other bands.

LTE is a bit weird - for every awesome bit of musicianship, there's also complete over indulgence in equal measure. I love some of it because it's like Dream Theater unhinged and a bit more mental, but there are some elements of it that are just too overbearingy cheesy, and very typical of old, dated instrumental rock music.

Probably the best tune of theirs I can think of is Another Dimension.
