PS: The word "authentic" has been rendered meaningless by the hipsterrunoff blog. Just so you know.

Well I would say the song that gets in my head the most is:
Teenagers from Mars-Misfits.

I voted for 'viva la revolution'. There's so many amaaaazing songs that could've been on this list though! If you want anthemic, the UK82/oi! stuff is where it's at!

****Sparrer - argy bargy
****ney Rejects - sittin' in a cell
Blitz - propaghanda
the Business - drinkin' & drivin'
the Exploited - dogs of war
Anti-Nowhere League - for you
the Violators - live fast, die young
One Way System - Jerusalem
Red Alert - In Brittan

.....to name a few.

There are a lot of retards on this forum.. hmm.

Viva La REvolucion, if I was limited to that meager list of commercialized punk.

I vote NOFX - Were the brews. Which is equally mainstream, but good.

Blitzkrieg Bop sucks

I went for Blitzkrieg Bop, it's hardly my favorite but I do feel that it's the most anthemic.
