I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to the Fall but you can't go wrong with This Nation's Saving Grace. It's awesome!

this thread has gone too long without a bump.

Keen for the new album supposedly coming out in 2010.

After downloading Grotesque in August, and being so-so with it, coming back to it about a month ago and since then have acuired 29 of the bands releases, two books and as much ****e as I can.

I am totally immersed in this band, like no band before and no band to come, i am sure of that.

Were my bad of the week last week clocking in around 200 listens according to last.fm.

Only just really begun to delve into their massive discography, but with demonoid still down it's hard to find a discography torrent. Currently This Nation's Saving Grace is my favorite of their albums.

That album is probably my favourite out of the Brix era, closely followed by Wonderful and Frightening World blah blah blah.

Edit: Another two releases to the collection, Bingo Masters EP and Middle Class Revolt.

Middle Class Revolt's one of my favourites. Kinda overlooked in the grand scheme of things when it comes to the Fall's discography (at least in so far as I can tell), which is a shame as some of their best songs are on it (15 Ways, Not Up To Much, City Dweller, Shut Up etc).

In other news, I've been listening to the Light User Syndrome again lately, and it ain't half bad. Not exactly what I'd call great though.
