The Fall - Hands Up Billy

Except for a couple of spoken exhortations from Mark E. Smith, guitarist Neville Wilding wrote and sings this interesting tune, which seems to be about a guy who sells Billy a car at a dealership and then steals it from him later. Who knows, Fall tune can be about pretty much anything.

I feel about the same as Hendrix fans felt about Crash Landing and Midnight Lightning, which for the most part consisted of rudimentary tracks to which additional music was added. But this "final Fall album" sounds like an even worse idea--unused vocal tracks wth new music added. It's nothing I want or need to hear.
