The first Psychedelic Furs album is awesome... They were great live back in the day too... I saw them at the Futurama Festival in Leeds in 1980 (along with U2, Echo The Bunnymen, Soft Cell, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Soft Cell and tons more) and they were fantastic...

They're back in 2020. One of my 80's fav band.



Definitively not a punk band.

The Furs are doing a Fall 2025 US tour, with Gary Numan opening most of the shows. Interesting pairing:
