Who are some of your favourite Canadian based punk groups? (hardcore, Blink 182)

some of my favs that have come out of canada.. SNFU, Glory Stompers, NoMeansNo, Dayglo Abortions and DOA, all i can think of for now.

**** punk. the best canadian act iv seen is easily strapping young lad. devin townsend ****ing rocks. the drummer is also amazing. ever seen them play? he is the biggest guy youll see, playing the fastest beats, sitting there, not moving, looking around the room casually, almost boredly while the beasts get faster and faster..
though i guess because strapping young lad are metal a lot of people in here will be far too cool for them. i saw aphex twin live last year and he was unbelievable.

There is a lot of good stuff, and there is a lot of ****...sadly, our **** becomes huge in the US, and the good stuff gets left for us to enjoy.

While they aren't even remotely punk, Matthew Good Band is/was awesome stuff.
