James Chance and The Contortions vs Jon Spencers Blue Explosion Versus Pussy Galore

Three great New York bands. Which one do you prefer? Personally I like Jon Spencers blues explosion the best because of the orange album. I sure do love that album, my favorite song by them is dang, I have never seen such an energetic song that apealled to me as much as the one. I really dig James Chance's songs off of the No New York and think Buy is a album worth hearing (the vocals remind me of Saccharine Trust after Pagan Icons). I have not really heard much of Pussy Galore other than right now but Pig Sweat is definetly my favorite song (similiar raw energy as dang).
I am glad I discovered these bands or I would have never realized how cool of a music scene new york has.

The followup to "Buy" was "Off White" which had Chance wailing on the sax. Really good jazzy post-punk.
