The band themselves have cited The Velvet Underground, Love, The Rolling Stones, Buffalo Springfield, The Ventures and minimalist composers like Reich as pervading influences, whilst QMS have been bandied about too... I'm not calling you out but I just cannot hear Boston in their music.

Well, people give me **** for saying Jane's Addiction and Ratt sound a lot alike so...

I like Ratt and Boston and rock'n'roll is rock'n'roll. I guess you could say Sonic Youth sounds like Journey with 'weird guitars' lol
