Stop being an elitist prick , the Sex Pistols were signed to a major label (3 in fact) right from the start , they said they were in it for the money right from their first television interview , John Lydon has NEVER referred to himself as punk. In fact John Lydon hasn`t played any sort of music that could be considered 'punk rock' since 1977. He moved on, I suggest you stop trying to pin an ideology on a movement thats been mainstream & whored to death for about the last 25 years and do the same.
THANK YOU!
