I also got to see this tour on the Cleveland date. The Menzingers played one of the best sets I've ever seen.

I never really cared for The Menzingers in the past but after listening to the new album only a few weeks or so ago I find I can't put it away.

It's definitely my favourite album of theirs, it's probably convinced me to go back and give their other stuff a listen again too.

Gates is a brilliant little anthem, The Obituaries and Mexican Guitars are awesome as well.

"Ava House" is the best song on the album by a few miles for me. Probably my favourite song of the year.

Yeah, Ava House is a good one as well. Pretty sure there's not a song I don't like on the album, which is pretty rare for me. Gutted I've only just got into them, they were touring a few months back.

I've heard they've been writing a new album, wouldn't be surprised if they tour again in the new year. Definitely hit that show up if you get a chance.

Ah really? That would be sweet, I'll definitely keep an eye out for them this time around.

I'm still holding this record on a high pedestal of being in the Top 10 releases of the year. I must have listened to it at the very least once a month since February and it still sounds great.
Casey is my favourite song though because it reminds me of a funny situation at work concerning my cousin and a waitress who recently got fired.

These are my number two and three favourites, respectively. My ranking of the rest of the album could change at any time though, it's all so damn good.

Have you guys heard this song that didn't make the album? It's obvious why it didn't, it's a pretty minimal, simple song; but I still like it as much as most of the others. The chorus is one of the catchiest they've written.
