Wait so they're both gay? You learn something new everyday. And BTW William, I've seen you in the Punk Wars thread, but other than that you don't seem to partake in the rest of the forum. You sound like you'd be more than welcome. You're a cool dude who doesn't act like a dick and you seem to genuinely know your musical ****, which is pretty much all that we ask.

I never knew Danzig was gay, still don't know if I believe it or if its a hoax. Its been widely known since the 80's that Rollins is gay. He even openly spoke about it on his spoken word tour I saw. Williams thread has been a great read.

Danzig gay rumors have been popular for some times, but it has never been confirmed by Glenn. Look it up on google, see nothing from his mouth.

I've been contributing in other forums, we just haven't crossed paths yet, though I see your name kicken around.

lol I'm not sure if I you guys are being facetious or not? but for the readers I guess I should make it clear that neither of them are gay.

The link I posted is from an independent comic book called Glenn & Henry Forever that depicts the two of them as gay lovers. Rumour has it that Danzig is furious over it, but Henry doesn't mind, check out this vid, starts at 6:19

Then I have a significantly higher opinion of Henry Rollins than I do of Glenn Danzig (not that HR should be too proud of that, it's actually harder to have a *lower* opinion from me than my opinion of GD).

And anyone that gets *that* bent out of shape (as it were) over being mistaken for gay is probably dealing with serious sexual insecurity. It wouldn't bother me, I wouldn't consider it an insult. As it happens I'm not gay but if I was I'd be proud.

And besides, several of my favorite musical acts come from the LGBT community, a few that pop into mind are Bob Mould, Joe Jackson, Patty Larkin, Amanda Barrett and Abby DeWald of The Ditty Bops, on and on....

And lastly, this is a great thread. An epic thread. Who really gives a flyin' f*ck if those two are or aren't gay. I'm ready for WtB to proceed with this stellar countdown & let's drop this distracting sidebar topic. (not that he brought it up)

Well said, I was just having fun, anybody who still gets bent out of shape over sexual orientation needs to join the 21st century, that motorcycle picture is pretty hot though.

Unfortuantly, the next band on the list features... not the most noble frontman...yikes, bad timing

58. M.O.D. Genre (Crossover Thrash/NYHC) , New York USA era 80's &

Negative Approach Genre (Hardcore/oi), Michigan, USA 80's

And so now we come to Method of Destruction and the infamous loudmouth Mr. Milano, yeppers, he is what he is I guess, so all I shall say... is that he has a knack for recruiting some talented guitarists.

True Colors

Wigga

Bubble Butt

Negative Approach

An oi! influenced hardcore band from the early 80's that has been cited as being a key influence on the band Hatebreed.

BM actually reminds me a lot of the wanker bigoted people I knew in Portland in the early '90's that I discussed in this thread.

I know he says he's not racist but come on....

I agree about the music tho. It does rock.

Milano has always been out to piss people off and create controversy. I always liked SOD'S Speak English Or Die, great album. I can't say I really listened to much beyond that but he certainly has a great voice for thrash music.
