when i saw them in concert they played it for a good ten minutes and just had the crowd sing the chorus until we couldn't be bothered to do it anymore. was super badass for the first 4 or 5 times but after 9 or 10 you start to get a little light headed.

I have always made a difference between punk and punk rock (even though punk rock and punk is commonly thought of as the same thing). Punk rock for me is like punk/rock like rock music with punk touches/vibes. That is Green Day for me in some songs although they have moved away from the punk vibes more and more.

They have some punk songs, I really like that band, but regardless of the genre they have quite reduced their quality
