It has a drunken irishmen* in it I'm sure we could find a pun in there somewhere.
*i've no idea if any member of Rancid is actually Irish. |
We could find something.

I don't say it was ska, I said it had more of a ska feel to it rather than punk, which it does dumdass. Just listen to someone of the basslines in it.
At no point did I say indestructible was ska, read the post first. Misfitspunk you do know that you don't have to jumo on every bandwagon going, don't you? |
Mike Watt>>>>>>>>>Matt Freemen
Rancid are an average pop punk band. '93 and Let's Go are more punkish and are my favourites. With each album Rancid's albums got worse, tim's voice continued to die, matt's basslines became less and less original and slower, Lar's got fat and who the hell is the drummer? That's right Brett Reed well his drumming is nothing at all special. |

You are. You steal my threads.

i love rancid, but the Transplants aren't all that great. i think Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards are way better then the Transplants. Why aren't they more popular. I read a thing on the Transplants in revolver the other day and there trying to do rap and punk put together. I really don't like anything that's rap related but whatever!

Matt Freeman is quite frankly a god. :)

Matt Freeman is an average bassist, good at best. I don't see why people say he is so amazing, most of his bass lines are not actually that great apart from he can play them super fast.
